Who we are

What we collect when you ask for a quote

If you use our quote form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in and any message. We use these details to deal with your enquiry. This website has no account or login, and there is currently no phone line.

Who your enquiry goes to

Enquiries submitted through the quote form are passed to an independent local installer so they can contact you, survey the job and quote. Any contract for work will be between you and that installer.

Why we use your details (lawful basis)

We use your details to deal with your enquiry and pass it to a local installer, because you have asked us to (taking steps at your request before a contract) and because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries. You agree to be contacted about your enquiry when you tick the box on the form, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time by asking us to stop.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. If you become a customer of the installer, they keep their own records under their own privacy policy.

The quote form and our form provider

The quote form is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), a US company, and loads from api.leadforge.co.uk. HighLevel stores and processes enquiries on our behalf as our data processor. Because HighLevel is based in the United States, your details may be transferred there. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms.

When the form loads, the form provider receives basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. To make the form work and record which page your enquiry came from, it stores the following in your browser:

• Cookies: a security cookie (__cf_bm) set by Cloudflare's bot protection on the form provider's domains.
• Local storage: session and visit-history entries (names starting v2_ and v3_, including a browser identifier used to link your enquiry to the page you came from) and your progress through the form (form_progress_).

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a bot, and it loads a script from Facebook (connect.facebook.net), which means your browser contacts Facebook. No Facebook tracking pixel is set up on this form. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use website analytics. Apart from the quote form described above, this website does not set cookies, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it or ask us to stop using it. To make a request, write to 360 Media Works Ltd at the registered office address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
